To return or cancel a purchase, please contact our sales team on 01733 246473. A full refund will be given if the items are returned undamaged and in original/reasonable packaging (to prevent any shipping damage).

If you have any technical difficulties contact the sales team and we will endeavour to solve your problem as quickly as possible.

Please return unwanted items using a method that provides proof of postage; we recommend ‘Special Delivery’ as this service also includes insurance. We are unable to refund postage costs, unless the returned items are defective.

Please send proof of postage costs with any returned (faulty) items.

• Royal Mail Second Class (3-5 days) - FREE
• Royal Mail First Class (1-2 Business Days) - Cost is calculated at checkout and dependant on item weight. Free for orders of £199.99 or more.
• Royal Mail First Class Signed For (1-2 Business Days) - Cost is calculated at checkout and dependant on item weight. Free for orders of £199.99 or more. This is a tracked service. 
• Courier Delivery (Next business day if ordered before 12PM) - Cost is calculated at checkout and dependant on item weight. Free for orders of £199.99 or more. This is a tracked service. 

Please Note

While every effort will be made, items ordered Friday after 12PM, on Saturday or on Sunday will normally not be dispatched until Monday even with the ‘Courier Delivery' option selected. 

Additionally, due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, our delivery partners may take slightly longer than usual to deliver your parcel.

In the majority of cases, choosing our ‘Courier Delivery' service ensures packages reach their destination on the very next day. As with any delivery service however, this cannot be guaranteed.
