Trailer Vision stable systems are designed for peace of mind and security within your stable / grounds area. Whether you just want to:

Tailored System:

A tailored stable system offers the best range, flexibility, performance and economy to meet your specific requirements. The stable system is based on the same TV2 system that we use in our mobile systems delivering the same interoperable capabilities:

• 7" colour LCD monitor with built-in wireless receiver.
  • AV input for multimedia function (ie DVD player, not supplied).
  • AV output for recording (optional item).
  • Works with up to 3 wireless cameras.
  • Powered from 240V mains power (adapter included).
• Wireless colour CCD Camera with wide angle lens (up to 3).
  • 500+m wireless transmission (line of sight).
  • 12 ultra bright IR LEDs for night vision up to 10m (auto activated, monochrome image).
  • Weather proof IP65 camera in rugged, heavy duty zinc alloy housing.
  • Versatile mounting bracket.
  • Powered from 240V mains power (adapter included).

The range of the Stable System is increased through the use of a high gain directional aerial tailored to your specific needs. The range of transmision is 500+m where there is good line of sight (note 2).

A typical stable system would consists of:

1 x wide angle camera with 240V power adaptor
1 x 7" minitor with 240V power adaptor
1 x high gain receiver aerial
aerial cable & connectors

Basic System:

Utilising the standard TV1 / TV2, or combination, of these systems, Trailer Vision can supply a package of cameras and monitors to meet the needs of most short distance applications.

Advantages:

1. Wireless technology means no complicated installations or the need to trail wires over long distances
2. The cameras can be used indoor and outdoors
3. Day and night capable
4. Up to 3 cameras can be used for multiple views
5. Can be connected to a standard TV monitor, computer or video recorder

Limitations:

1. Maximum range of 100m if there are no buildings/walls in the line of sight between the camera and monitor. Typically, transmission across a building can reduce this distance to 50m
2. The cameras requires a local power supply that is sheltered from the weather

Notes:

1. Actual picture quality is better than shown (due to limitations in the method of transfer and web compression)

2. At 2.4 GHz radio waves travel point to point, any obstacle between the transmitter (camera) and the receiver (monitor) will reduce the signal strength and degrade the picture. At short distances this effect is negligible but at greater distances the effect cannot be ignored. EC and FCC laws restrict the power of the transmitter so range is boosted by increasing the gain of the receiver aerial. Different aerials will suit different requirements which is why we recommend that you let us know your specific requirements.
