Delivery

All orders will be dispatched by 1st class registered post, or by courier (a signature is required) within 1 to 2 working days, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. We will email/contact you to inform you about any unexpected delays.

POSTAGE IS FREE WITHIN THE UK (EXCEPT TACK LOCKERS)

Next day 'special delivery' is available at an additional cost. To arrange for next day delivery telephone our sales team, 0781 0352540, to ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible, add next day delivery to your shopping basket and checkout as normal#. Orders must be received before 11am, however, please call if ordering later and we will do our best to help. Next day delivery only applies to mainland UK.

Please email/call if you live outside of the UK and we will confirm postage costs for you.

Payment Methods

Online: Payments are processed by Google Checkout, which is secure & fast. The majority of credit and debit cards are accepted and no account is required.

By Phone: All major credit/debit cards are accepted over the phone; please call to arrange payment.

By Post/BACS: Please call to arrange.

Returns

To return or cancel a purchase, please contact our sales team on 0781 0352540. A full refund will be given if the items are returned undamaged, in original packaging within 30 days. If you have any technical difficulties contact the sales team and we will endevour to solve your problem as quickly as possible. Please return unwanted items using a method that provides proof of postage; we recommend ‘Special Delivery’ as this service also includes insurance. We are unable to refund postage costs, unless the returned items are defective. Please send proof of postage costs with any returned (faulty) items. All products include a 12 month warranty.
